Back in October I had to admit defeat and give up on my 15 year old Fiat Uno that had serve me fairly well for 13 years. I know - the frugal option is to go carless. I had tried to see if I could manage without a motor but failed - I dont have enough hours in the day for me to hang around at bus stops and I'm too dangerous for a bike. We dont have a pool car at work so that would be a problem too as I often need to drive around the county. Plus I like the safety of a car, having been at the receiving end of a nightime incident. It's a shame.
I need an automatic because of a back problem so I had been hunting for bargains but had not come across any but I perservered. Second hand Autos were few and far between but suddenly they were everywhere, at least at one dealer which has 5! This was amazing as when I looked into buying a new Focus I was told there were only 11 in the country!
Not the colour I would have liked but with only 7,000 miles on the clock it was nearly £5,000 less than new. If had though about it I would have got myself a 0% credit card and paid for it with that instead of adding it to my offset mortgage.

Sounds like you have done ok - was it from the main agent? If so, and they haven't mentioned it ,ask them about the free servicing for life(the cars!) My daughter bought a Ka (second hand) and was offered this - I have seen it still on offer
